Process Copilot is a process mining product that helps you mine, analyze, and simulate process data from a business expert's perspective. It combines data science, process management, and artificial intelligence, using multiple algorithms and models to reconstruct complete process variants from flat process data and visualize them. Managers can see how processes actually run and identify congestion, conformance deviations, and violations. The product analyzes the root causes of bottlenecks and proposes improvements from a business expert's perspective, then uses simulation algorithms to preview those improvements and assess their feasibility and effectiveness.
