Alert events
Overview
Alert events record alerts that have occurred. Whenever Process monitoring detects a condition matching an alert rule, it immediately creates an alert event and records details for later analysis, tracking, and handling.
Features
Each time Process monitoring triggers an alert, the alert information is recorded here.
Alert events
Alert event records include:
- Monitor name: the monitor that triggered the alert.
- Alert time: the exact time the alert was triggered.
- KPI name: the measure that triggered the alert.
- KPI parameters: the KPI values or conditions at the time of the alert.
- Case ID: the unique identifier of the case that triggered the alert.
- Case start time: when the case started.
- Case TPT: elapsed time from the case start to its final node.
- Case duration: elapsed time from the start of an incomplete case to the present.
- Activity start time: when the activity that triggered the alert started.
- Activity status: Incomplete or Complete.
- Case status: -, Incomplete, Complete, or Unknown. Status is inferred by comparing the case with the process model.
- Alert type: First alert or Repeat alert.
