Overview​

Import data from external sources or other systems into Process Copilot for analysis and processing. External data enriches process mining and helps you understand process patterns more comprehensively.

  • Database connections: connect to third-party databases or data warehouses to import data directly for process mining analysis.
  • Data integration tools: use dedicated integration or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools to extract data from third-party systems and import it into Process Copilot.
  • API connections: exchange and import data through the Process Copilot API.
  • Plugins or extensions: some process mining tools provide plugins or extensions to simplify data imports from third-party systems.
